Do I have to pay upfront?

For our package deals, we require full payment up front. This is because we work directly on your server from the start of the project. If we were to charge 50% up front and then do the work, you could keep our work and not pay us for the rest. Not that you would do that :) but we do have to protect ourselves.

Does the price include hosting or domain name purchase?

No. The price des not include hosting or a domain name. We can suggest our favorite hosting provider to you, or we can host the website for you for $25 a month.

How long will it take to get my website online?

This depends on a number of things. Some things that may effect how long it takes us to work include if you have hosting and a domain or not, if you are transferring a website, what package you are buying, etc. On average, we can have basic packages online within 24 hours and professional packages in 10 to 14 days. We offer a rush service if you need it.

What if I need additional work?

We genrally like to quote additional work on a per project basis as so not overcharge you. Additional work can range in price from $40 to $100 an hour depending on what needs to be done. Please contact us directly with questions about additional work.
